    Thanks for the information. By the way, takodori, what connections do you have with the Shogi community? I would be interested in getting input from them on the IAGO Hall of Fame (Shogi is one of the initial inductees).

    I'm just a casual shogi player who would like shogi to be known and played more outside Japan. I don't know what you imagine about "the shogi community" but I think that Japan Shogi Association would be the right organization to cantact for you to get input on the IAGO Hall of Fame.     My hope is that I can find someone in North America who is connected with them, to contact them. I may of tried to email them in the past, but didn't get a reply back.
